I’m sorry to those I told I was taking the year off. I really did intend to do so. On April 17 I changed my mind and somehow managed to transplant today, two days earlier than last year. Took a lot of scrambling around but I got it done. One of the silver linings to being stuck at home all the time I guess.

2051 Marshall. Thought it would be orange but I didn’t think it would be this nice. Lost most of the plant awhile back to some disease in the vines. Hooked up to maybe 25% of the plant Oh what could have been!

1989.5 off to a great start. Then slowed way down. Hoping for heavy! All in all tough season. The 5 year run was fun, but can’t hit a PB every year!

Prettiest pumpkin I’ve ever grown. Shame I didn’t self it. 2051. Gets picked tomorrow along with the 1989.5

Overall patch shot. Frost wiped out the leaves and when the canopy died the weeds flourished.

Weighoff day! First up 2051 Marshall. Not sure how it didn’t win HD but it the winner was deserving (a twin to mine). Anyway made this our official entry. It grew up to the end as opposed to my 1989.5 Daletas that sat for at least 2 weeks without growing. Now 1410.5 Wagner

Now our exhibition entry the 1989.5 Daletas taping a little more than the 2051 but like I said no growth for weeks...oops. Dropped us from 5th to 9th...darn. Now the heaviest pumpkin to chart I’ve ever grown, and my third best: 1569 Wagner. Fitting end to this season lol
