Leaves on the 2200 Geddes plant, nearing 4 foot tall. Last year tall, big leaves hurt my season, so I decided to cut way back on my nitrogen that i put down in the spring. I cut back by about 40% from my soil test recommendation. The only thing i can figure is that in July when it really warms up, my manure that i put down must really start to release the N.
I have the caution tape out, and it really helps keep the leaves from falling over.
