It’s been a struggle this year doing battle with Mother Nature. I’m not sure who is winning. I have had 3 pollinations abort on the main of my 1665 McDonald. Now down to the last one. It’s a great looking pumpkin so fingers crossed it holds together. The plant seems to be slowing down all vine growth so I terminated the main to allow some extra room for the neighboring plant. The cross is with the 1885 werner.
