This years tomato harvest was small but enough for a year's worth of dried tomatoes.

Finally I have an excuse to sit down and watch a movie (and put spread them on the trays, which will then get blasted with warm dry air). Tomatoes dont actually dry too easily in under the sun, except maybe near the Sahara desert or somewhere with humidity at 10% or less. We are super dry here.. Just a half inch of rain in the past 2 months. But its still not dry enough to dry tomatoes. So, artificial drying is the way it is.
