Although I've never done it before, I MIGHT set up a small 18 x 30 ft (540 sqft) greenhouse for the 2501 x 2222 Giant Pumpkin. which is currently at 105 DAP and is growing on a 1300 sq ft plant. As you can see below, I always set a hoop house up for my Bushel Gourds in September to carry them to mid October. The BG plants and fruit thrive in the hoophouse warmth.
