Since taking the plastic off, we have had a heatwave. I'm really thankful that we installed the overhead whizzer sprinklers and some of the other sprayers in advance this year. Even with the wizzers coming on every 2 hours to cool things off, we still got some burn/wilting on a few leaves but the plant is doing really well otherwise. Roots are popping out all over the place now, so we are trying to keep up with covering them every day.
