First pollination today. A bit more than 16 ft out with 21 secondaries behind. There is another female at 18-19 ft out that looks to open next week that I am hoping can be the one based on the distance from my sprinkler riser. Nice 4 lobe flower on this 2344 Wallace. I pollinated with the 1727 Jacobus, I think that could be a good cross for next year. I'm behind on updates and work in the patch, hopefully I can catch up tomorrow.
