I know I've said this before but this is a great example of why hand pollination of your megablooms is so important especially early in the year before you have many flowers or insect pollinators. See how the anthercones (yellow parts) surrounding the green center part (stigma) are curled and there are gaps between them and some of the green sepal are in the way of them also. This allows the pollen to go everywhere but where it is supposed to. The previous post shows a regular flower and you can see the difference.
