School Tour
People often ask to hear of the pumpkin stories over the year and it was nice to be able to bring the actual specimen in for all to see. This demonstrates how the basics of biology and chemistry can come together to result in a unique result. Classes came out to view the pumpkin and tied it to many different concepts with the most logical connection to biomass by one teacher.
