1995.5 pumpkin is getting some sun while the blankets dry from a little dew overnight. Our weather pattern is great right now however the temperatures are lower both during the day and overnight and that is going to have the usual lowering of daily gains on the pumpkins. The 1995.5 pumpkin is over 1000 lbs and the 2404 is over 700 lbs now with 6 weeks left before the weigh offs. Rats, maybe this was the year I should have grown 3 plants and tried to achieve the elusive jacket.
