Disease report came back on the section of the main vine. Looks like it was all bacterial infection. So I guess the good news is none of the typical bad diseases were present. Probably it was just too wet, and a split in the main led to rot in the main. Always something to improve on for next time. Perlite under the main is sounding like a good idea...
