Can potassium levels be lowered by getting hydrogen peroxide into the soil?

The soil scientist guy who I watch says hydrogen peroxide doesnt help achieve optimal soil health. I am inclined to believe him. He also says bio available manganese will regulate potassium in the plant regardless of the soil content. So you could try that route instead. (Advancing eco agriculture, youtube. It's buried in a one hour lecture about nutrient balances & tomato farmers.)
