The last 2 year's I've kept My seedlings under grow lights 24-7,then back off to 14 hours after they come up.Any thoughts that would help Me or don't try to fix it, if it's doing good this way? THANKS

That's what I do. I use the T-5's as the heat source to germinate things rather than using a heat mat. They keep things in the germination chamber at about 80-85 when they are on.
