This year i have alot of apricots.I got the Sulphur the trays ,just not sure what to use to cover the smoking sulphur so the smoke dosent escape?

If your humidity is low enough you might be able to dry them without sulfer? Yum sounds delicious.

We never use sulfur, but they are rather hard when dried, so if that is something that you don't want,then sulfur might be the ticket, but I have no experience with it.
