Subject: Drying Apricots with Sulphur

This year i have alot of apricots.I got the Sulphur the trays ,just not sure what to use to cover the smoking sulphur so the smoke dosent escape? |

If your humidity is low enough you might be able to dry them without sulfer? Yum sounds delicious. |

We never use sulfur, but they are rather hard when dried, so if that is something that you don't want,then sulfur might be the ticket, but I have no experience with it. |
