Seed Auction Rules

• The highest bidder on lots with multiple sets will have the first option on all sets. The next highest bidder will have the option on all remaining sets and so on until all sets are claimed. Please specify once you are identified as the winning bidder.
• Should you fail to respond after winning a lot(s) within one week of the close of the auction, you forfeit the right to claim it (them) and the lot(s) will be offered to the next highest bidder at their bid price.
• Please keep track of all lots you bid on and return to them after the auction has concluded and monitor the winning bidder’s options on lots with multiple sets. You may very well have options on sets unclaimed by the winning bidder.
• All winning bidders contact Mark at goodwinm34@gmail.com with screen name, real name, lot(s) won, mailing address, and phone number
• Pumpkin Invasion will accept personal checks, money orders, and PayPal.

•Pumpkin Invasion does not guarantee the germination of seeds and all seeds are shipped in the condition in which they are received. As some growers ship in bulk, some seeds may be repackaged.

•    There will be no underbidding.
•    Only one seed per set unless otherwise specified.
•    All sales are final.
•    Pumpkin Invasion does not guarantee the arrival of seeds after shipment through the USPS but WILL provide tracking numbers.
•    Due to customs restraints and risk of losing seed lots in the mail, Pumpkin Invasion will not mail seeds outside the United States. If you are an international bidder, please designate someone inside the U.S. to receive and send your seed.
