We can make America great, even if we are not in power, by expecting those who are in power to be accountable to the values which made Anerica great...? We can praise the political underdogs who DO exemplify our values?... We can NOT idolize the ones who shame us, bully us into silence, or buy consent, or drug us into complicity. We are not in power but we are still free? In a land of the free... should everything depend on the consent of the governed?

Or... here's the crux of it: Should it not?

One way to see democracy (tyranny of the majority) is to see it a bit like going on a date with someone? When the date started it was about a 50/50 relationship right? But a few hours into the date you realize uh oh it's actually 51/49 against you. You wonder, could the evening still end well even though your other half is now in control (politically speaking 51/49 is like a worrisome 90/10 imbalance)?
Or have you unexpectedly fallen into an unfair situation with the wrong person and now they are going to use every bit of their advantage to impose themselves upon you. In this context of a sudden imbalance of power and the potential for violations of what's in the best interests of the weaker half... the things that are essentially nonconsensual... could end up amounting to a sort of "political date rape"?

Maybe politics itself should take a que from sexual politics... having 51% of the power should no longer be seen as a "yes"?

How much have the media and tech companies and Democrats already disrespected conservatives? I feel like I have been yelling, "No! This date is unfair." Only to be told, "Shut up, stupid. Do you want more censorship? Dont make me smack you with a lawsuit!"
A bad date joke: "Only China has this many red flags!"

It seems like if the Democrats don't learn really quickly how be more considerate this will become a political: #metoo.

This is either a sensible soliloquy or lockdown lunacy.

Pretty sure I am done posting.
