My 100#er ( was growing at steady rate of 5 lbs/day) stopped growing for 2 days now after I inadvertently culled a long secondary vine 5 feet behind it. Shall I cull this fruit in favor of my 2 remaining keepers (1 is in a secondary vine 1 inch from the stump, the other is in a secondary vine 3 feet away from stump)? My 100#er is in the main vine 16 feet away from the stump. Thanks for your advice.

I'd leave it on for a couple more days, just to see what happens.

I would allways go with the main vine, you can allways fill in the patch where you cut of a secondary vine with tertiary vines. I would consider culling the secondary fruit very slowly.

Thanks Smitty and GADS. I am not cutting yet my "Pagti", the 100#er. And I already cut 1 of the 2 fruits. That was not easy to do but it will be more difficult for me if I were to cut "Dugi" (60#er & pretty), the the other fruit. However if "Pagti" wont grow anymore within 5 days, I know then what to do. Wow ! Now I realize that pumpkin-growing is more than pumpkin-growing because it can give me problem-solving skills for day to day life! Thanks again.
