I have an eighty pound pumpkin that stopped growing 3 weeks ago. The vine has completely withered & the leaves are dead, but the pumpkin is still white with just traces of turning orange. There is one other vine on the plant with a little bit of life left in it. Should I just leave it on the vine? Will it continue to ripen if I pick it? thanks Beginner in Moreno Valley

Regardless of the rest of the plant, if the pumpkin is attached to a green vine, you should leave it. If the vine that connects to the pumpkin is completely withered, then you might as well pick it.
