When i made my cold frames i left part of the top open 30 x30 an used a glass window on top which can be taken off during the day.I also went to the dollar store an got 4 umbrellas cut off handles an hung over top of plant,s this stop,s condensation from dripping down on top of leaf,s oncool night,s stopping any damage toany leaf,s
