Is there any way I can keep my pumpkin from getting a flat side when it starts growing? Sorry I ask too many questions, but Im new at this.

First off you can never ask to many questions & second most AG's will get a flat side due to the extreme weight. I've seen AG's grown on the blossom end, but I would think that the stem stress doing this would be extreme............Paul

I'm planning on mounding sand around the fruit to support its weight while it grows and keep it from possibly splitting, and hopefully giving it a rounder profile when all is said and done. good luck, Duff
