Here is one. It is apple-pear streusel I must have made it and liked it because I saved it. LOL

Apple-Pear Streusel Pie

Prep Time: 30 min
Total Time: 1 hr 20 min
Makes: 10 servings

3 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
3 cups thinly sliced peeled pears
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, chopped
1/2 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust)

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Toss apples and pears with 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, tapioca and cinnamon in large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. Mix flour and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in walnuts; set aside.
PREPARE pie crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package. Fill with fruit mixture; top with crumb mixture.

The other one that I have right now for you is an apple cranberry meringue pie. I liked it a lot but next time I will use 1 cup of cranberries and 3 cups of apples:

Ingredients:
Pie filling:
2/3 - pure cane sugar
3 Tbsps. - corn starch
1/8 tsp. - salt
1/2 cup - light corn syrup
1/4 cup - water
2 cups - fresh cranberries
2 cups - apples, about 2 cored and sliced
1/2 tsp. - grated lemon peel
1 9“ - baked pie shell
3 - egg whites
1/2 cup - pure cane sugar
1 tsp. - vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine 2/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt.
3. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly with wire brisk.
4. Add cranberries and cored, sliced apples; then, reduce heat to low and cook, covered, stirring occasionally for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cranberry skins pop.
5. Stir in grated lemon peel.
6. Remove pan from heat and set aside while preparing 3 egg white meringue.
7. Make meringue (see below).
8. Pour filling into baked pie shell and spread meringue over hot filling, sealing pie to the crust.
9. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.

Meringue:
1. In a mixing bowl, add 3 egg whites and beat until stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract beat until meringue peaks.

I forgot to say that the reason that I would only add 1 cup of cranberries and three cups of apple is that cranberry is a very strong flavor and for me it overpowered the apple and meringue. So yes I would use one cup of cranberry and three cups of apple.
