I was looking at Scarface Yesterday in the patch and saw that the front part of her that was exposed to the western sun had been turning green. I can even tell were the edge of the thin blanket was on her. What causes a pumpkin to turn green being exposed to the sun instead of orange?

I just read the GPC rules. In order for my fruit to be a squash, the color or combination of colors: blue, green, gray totaling 100%. So, I think Scarface is a Giant Pumpkin.

Christopher, based on the photos posted Aug 27, Scarface is definitely classified as a giant pumpkin.
