SIX 2000+ pound pumpkins!

How exciting can a weighoff get? Watching 6 pumpkins get weighed in at over 2000 lbs.! AND.....breaking the site top 10 average with 2031.8 lbs. Wow! Sneaking in with the veterans was Eugene Miller with a huge new PB, and Doug Kisamore, a fairly new grower, weighing in his 2nd pumpkin over 2000 lbs. this year. AAhh...the success of the 1885 Werner, which grew the 1st and 2nd place pumpkins, and also the 8th place and one more! And they were beautiful too!

You can read all the stats on the GPC records page, (already posted) thanks to Nick Harp who ran the weighoff in the most efficient way.

Adding entertainment and interesting facts was the one and only Tim Parks - our famous MC! He also weighed in a new PB!

And a good time was had by all!!!
