I did a test last winter on germination, http://www.bigpumpkins.com/msgboard/ViewThread.asp?b=30&p=336232. The sprout will be up in an additional 24-36 hrs with good conditions. Conditions will dictate the rest. Assuming good to excellent they will start to vine around 25-30 days and females start to show up in 10-20 more days. Each plant is different especially on female production.
