Worst case scenario is mosaic virus or herbicide damage. It could also possibly be a nutrient deficiency or toxicity.

Check plant for aphids/insects? Looks like a virus maybe. Or you spilled some micronutrients in that spot & the levels are now toxic.

Herbicide might cause more twisting or stunting which I don't see but thats a frequent culprit too!

The aphids are gone by the way but i think it could be a disease.

Best case scenario is that your plants need to be watered a lot more. Just like one's fingers in extreme cold...they're the first to feel it, needing more blood. Just MHO. eg

Weird. I gave my plants a good amount of water and the leaves in the vine tips are all looking burned even though there shaded . And i dont think aphids caused it since the aphids were at the back where as the damage is around 10 ft away.

I had a plant out back that had a 'crispy' portion of a small leaf forming, like it was literally crumbling apart. That was the only one, out of maybe six, lol. Well, you ARE trying and that's all that one can do. Good Luck---eric g
