Looks like some sort of insect eggs? Picture is a little blurry so it's hard to tell. Any more info on them? Hard or soft, can you brush them off or are they part of the leaf, or any other details?

They seem to be moving around a little. I think they are aphids. I only found them on a couple leaves of the 50 or so I checked.

Could it be aphid exoskeletons?

Looks like something that I would use an insecticide on. I'm using "Beleaf" in my drip tape setup.

Sounds like aphids, difficult to eradicate. Neem oil works but can be hard on the leaf. Most pesticides are ineffective, but I have had success with using Assail (acetamiprid). Keep looking for them because they can keep showing up once you have seen them.

Hmm. Green/white aphids. There's black ones sometimes. I dont know the difference other than the color.

Chat GPT has an opinion. What you're seeing on the underside of your Atlantic Giant pumpkin leaf appears to be a heavy infestation of aphids, possibly melon or green peach aphids — both common pests on cucurbits like pumpkins. Here's why:
Identifying Features: The small, pear-shaped, soft-bodied insects cluster together in dense groups.
They are often green, yellowish, or translucent — which matches the appearance in your photo.
Aphids prefer the undersides of leaves, which is where you're seeing them.
You may also find sticky residue (honeydew) and ants nearby, which tend to aphid colonies.

White fly's or aphids. Pictures are hard to tell but I would go with aphids. The only reason I'm bringing up white fly's is they love greenhouse.
Close up the house and hammer it with IMIDACLOPRID,1 then close things up and check in the evening. You will still see some but they won't be moving! I use as a a drench 3 times a year and haven't seen a white fly or aphid since.

What do you mean Chris? Just 2500??? I think this one has more in it than just 2500! I’m hoping it tapes to 2500 & then goes 10% heavy!

Chris, I thought could be whitefly eggs too! https://bugoftheweek.com/blog/2020/12/21/twas-the-week-before-christmas-and-what-did-i-spy-the-silverleaf-whitefly-bemisia-tabaci like so cal said they are really common in a greenhouse. Either aphids or whiteflies. Talstar will work!
