I'm not so sure this is bacterial wilt, but hey, what do I know? In my solitary experience with it in around 2004, it is 'over and done' for a plant. The leaves look in one day like cloth table cloths with how they hang straight down and do not *ever* recover. Boom. Research the topic in Cucurbits and have a look. At least it recovers. I have one FP that does your look and it is growing along...slowly, because it's MINE, lol! eg A more sure test for it: https://extension.umn.edu/sites/extension.umn.edu/files/Cantaloupe_stem_bacterial_wilt.jpg
