I use Western Labs in Idaho. I've wondered this myself, as they put together the top 10 plus growers test together well over 15 years ago and we still go off those recommendations. Things have changed in almost 2 decades and I've noticed the tests I've seen the numbers are much different and these folks are growing massive fruit. I think they need to get results from the top 15 to 20 growers across the world and see where their numbers are today. I'm sure they'd find some changes that can be made to the numbers.

^ smart thinking... There's a lot to learn still and just because you know where the strike zone is doesn't mean you are going to hit a home run.
