I have a lot of iron in our water. Was wonder if someone makes a filter that connects to a garden hose that would remove some of the iron.

Check this out. If you can find one.

Nope, those filters are primarily for chlorine: https://www.boogiebrew.net/water-filter/

I don't think there's an effective hose end solution for high iron.

Google:
iron removal from water
and, as Andy said, (that was a typing tongue-twister!) any of the 'ones' i looked at were in the $500-$1K range to start with, and more space-aged than you'd see in-line with a Whizzer sprinkler, lol---my computer is super-slow anymore or i'd have done more research. no, a magnet will not work. something about the level of oxidation of the iron in the water. bummer! if you find one, though, let the Pumpkin Public know - i am very lucky to have my free spring water! eg

I too have iron water issues. Being new to growing giant pumpkins I have to ask what are the negative affects of having iron water when growing pumpkins ?

If you are in New Castle I'm down the hill in Sloughhouse near the Consumnes River. I have iron and don't worry about it in the water unless it plugs up the drip system. I do use a filter for the misters when I had them going. Iron turned everything in the house brown when we first moved here.
