Hi Tina
What is the recipe for your 3 bean salsa?

Frank and Tina

South East

1 can each:
Black Beans-drained
Corn-drained
Black Eyed Peas-drained
Dark Red Kidney Beans-drained

1/2 cup each:
Tomatoes--Fresh and no seeds--Diced small
Yellow Onion--Diced small
Red Bell Pepper--Diced small

8-10 Slices of Jalapeno peppers from the jar-Diced small
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper-more if you want it hotter
1-8oz bottle Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing

Combined all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips. Scoop Corn Chips work best. Also I like mine at room temp not cold.

If you want to keep it low fat. Just eat the dip without chips or find low fat chips to go with it.
