Can someone tell me if my pumpkin has germinate. Please have a look at the web page

I have been told that once germinated to remove all other flowers. I do not want to remove the flowers until I know I have a pumpkin gtroing

Stephanie, pollinated is the word your reaching for. Actually you want to know if the pollination was successful or not.(fruit set) It's much to soon to know based on your picture. You will need to wait until it's at least as big as a soccer ball or a bit more. I wouldn't start removing flowers yet and continue to pollinate some more for now.

If the pumpkin does begin to grow there, it might be a good idea to clip the closest leaf off so it does not rub against your fruit. Many people protect their pumpkin from the sun with a tarp suspended above it.

Yes, Bart is right. The strategy many growers use is to pollinate a bunch on the main vine, then select the one which is growing the fastest when they are about the size of soccer balls, removing the slower growers.
