looks like we are next in line to receive several inches of rain from a tropical storm. Anyone else worried about splitting pumpkins? Mine is already showing some small splits, getting 5-6 inches of rain might be too much for it. I wonder if I should cut it before the storm gets here and store it in the garage til the weigh off? Any thoughts or advice?

Tammy,
When you are expecting a lot of rain (too much), You can also cut the ends on a few of your secondary's to help "bleed" some of the excess water out.
