Funny you mention that PP. Just when I thought my wife would whack me in my sleep for spending so much time with pumpkin stuff, she surprises me with two shade tarps, a soil thermometer and a neat seed ledger to catalog my seeds. I posted a pic of the ledger in my diary. Must be the subliminal tapes I turn on when she goes to sleep- " Pumpkins are good, let Andy grow more, Don't nag Andy " Just kidding, Merry Christmas.

Yes to pumpkin seeds too. I got mine delivered in a little tonka truck with a plastic candy tube underneath it, and in the tonka, was half dozen seeds. WE had fun with that dreaming of what we could put in that dump truck and load into the patch, LOL!

Every year I buy for myself Joel Holland's video, including the seeds that he sends with it. So, since this always arrives near Christmas, it ends up under the tree (and so do the seeds) before I have a chance to view it. It's become a Christmas Day tradition to view the annual video.

Drip hoses, 2 gallon sprayer and 2 pair of orange cotton gloves from TSC. One thing I have also been receiving that is priceless is mentoring from a HH. I originally contacted him with a single question. The amount of detail in his answer was awesome!! He sends back info and questions to me that I had not even thought about. I highly recommend that all newbies find someone that is willing and able to "talk pumpkins". It has been very benficial to me and I am appreciative of his time.
