Where would someone buy the little plastic seed packets similar to the ones that SeedOutlet uses for their seeds?

If it's the small plastic zip lock bags you are looking for try royalbag.com . I just received my order of 10,000 small plastic bags . Half were 2x3 with a white space in the middle to write info on and the other half were 2x4 all clear which is great for sliding a printed label inside with your seeds. Get together with some other growers and split up an order. I'll be using mine to offer to growers in my area ( Maine & New Hampshere ) at less than a penny each (including shipping) vrs. 5 cents each now at Staples for the paper coin envolopes.( 11.99 for a box of 250 ) AL

The seedoutlet plastic coverings I have received when ordering seeds there, aren't ziplock types. They seem very specialized.

You are correct about the bags not being a ziploc type of bag. It's almost like they are heat sealed at the top somehow.
