On the flip side to the sound off post, which by the way is an excellent post. How about some positive stuff.

I am thankful for my health, a wonderful husband of 15 years, my parents are still both with us and healthy. I have a great boss with a job I enjoy doing. A house that I can have enough property to grow giant pumpkins for the third season.

Thankful for family members long time and new ones that we just recently found in the last few years. Thankful my husbands mother is still with us at age 86. She lives with us, but, for the most part heatlhy and looking forward to me growing a big pumpkin. I have my dad interested in growing a giant this year as well. It will be an interesting season!

The guy at the Keith Urban concert last night was thankful because Keith came out to the audience and played a solo standing next to him. Keith then unplugged his guitar, signed it with a sharpie and handed it to the guy.

I'm thankful to have a very loving & understanding wife (Jane). We've been together over 25 years (married 20+ yrs) & I look forward to sharing the next 25+ years with her. I'm also thankful to have a lot of great friends (most of which are pumpkin growers). We've met so many wonderful people since we started into this great hobby. I look forward to seeing a lot of you in Niagara.

For just making this oatmeal raisin cookie recipe my wife got from her aunt, wife has'nt had them in 45 years, they were good. For getting Jesus back in my life. Promise of our lord Jesus Christ, "Be My Holy Face you shall work miracles". Heavenly interventions (any help from heaven), angels, my parents, family, wife, kids, health, top rated pumpkin seeds, work, I'm a viking fan and not a green bay packer fan, and all the helpful advice on pumpkin growing I have gotten here.

i am thankful that the heavens sent a snowday today. i needed it :)

but seriously, whenever i think living somewhere else would be nice, i realize how lucky i am to be where i am and doing what i am doing in life. i am so thankful for my great family (even though my mom may get sick of me at times for visiting daily).
