I'm starting to run window to window like a tansmanian sun devil waiting for spring to get here, I'm starting to stand in front of the window and stare at the snow in anticipation of it melting. Won't be long now, 3 month's, and then and then,,I can start shoveling, tilling, and weeding and get the patch ready.

Steve....Good Bacteria have a hard time surviving in "hard and dry ground". In order to have healthy soil, it has to have some moisture and not be "packed solid".
