Mine are doing the same thing. They do this every year, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

The vines or the leaves or both?

I've heard that yellow or yellow streaked vined indicate an orange fruit. I can't say for sure if this is a sure fire indication of color or just casual observations.

I have 2 plants with yellow vines. 636 Dill (940 Mombert 98 x 1016 Daletas) and the 389 Wheeler (995 Carter x 869.5 Calai) Both are growing robustly. Genetically speaking as orange as it gets.

I have alot of side shoots that are compleatly yellow from off the main. Yellow for orange pumpkin, sounds good to me.
