Congrats to all!
It seems no one in Europe had beating the results of CARLOS PEREZ this year? So the real European Champion 2003 with his 1036 lbs Pumpkin is Carlos from Spain.
Carlos, you da man!

Yes, Carlos Perez is of course the official European record holder with his 470 Kg (1036 lbs) pumpkin. The results that I posted are just from the weighoff that Juckerfarmart calls "European Championship". So, in their eyes that 444 Kg pumpkin is the European record but of course we all know it better..... But nevertheless it was a great weighoff and I really enjoyed talking to so many growers there and seeing such a big pumpkin with my own eyes. Martin

Thanks alexsdad and CEIS. Yes, that is my PB. And I second what Martin said, just seeing a 980 pound pumpkin sort of makes ya want for spring to get here in a real hurry! I wish that Carlos could have been there in person, but he was there in soul, and he is still our BigPumpkins.Com European Champion!
best wishes to those great growers from the "old country" that Martin listed, they have done a great job, and are motivating all of us in Europe to achieve nothing less than the best.
