I don’t like to go nuclear unless I absolutely need to. I have cuke Beatles attacking pumpkin plants, cucumber plants and even the sunflowers. I can’t keep up with insecticidal sprays. Any advice appreciates- keep in mind our provincial laws limit my access to heavy duty chemicals.

If you can get your hands on Bifen IT, I works great. Otherwise, if you eliminate the flowers before they open, the cuke beetles will go away on their own.

Thanks, I just killed a bunch all inside flowers. I’ve had them before and they were a nuisance but nothing like this. Thanks again.

Yeah they can build up massive populations. I grow a ton of potatoes every year. They love potatoes and I believe that if you have potatoes being grown nearby that aren't sprayed. You will have a large resident population of cuke beetles to deal with every year. Like I do.
