...But this area was also solarized (for three weeks or more, then again for a couple weeks, and now Im solarizing it a third time because clearly the rhizomal grass loves this kind of thing. It happily thinks there was a prairie fire here, since thats part of its life cycle, its happier and more healthy than ever.

I could hit it with weed killer rather than doing a third round of solarization. Unfortunately I cant burn it. Thus time of year any caring person would call it in to the fire department.
But it would be great to alternate burning AND solarizing. I think that would be armaggedon... even for the rhizomal grasses.

If not, then I might have to call Vladimir with a special request...
